Who is this company who is about to lose more of its executives soon? This company already loss two if its generals just recently, and there are reports that more generals are to resign soon.

The reason for the resignations are the changes implemented by this company. According to sources, too much bureaucracy is the main reason why these executives can’t stand it anymore. Coupled with unclear direction and policy, the generals decided its time to call it quits.

To this company, listen to the cry of your employees, especially your executives. In terms of manpower, you grew too fast. In terms of revenue, you grew too slow. Something is wrong somewhere. Sometimes, hiring the right people is key. Letting go of key personnel is also key. So open your eyes and ears if you want your business to survive.

Not Once, but Twice, Ohh Thrice

Who is this reporter who is walking in cloud nine thinking that he/she is on top of the world? This reporter was invited to talk in an engagement. Without batting an eyelash, this reporter said yes to the event. Not contented, this reporter even went to the extent of broadcasting his/her talk to his/her friends and collegues.

Unfortunately, this reporter was not aware that he/she was not the first choice to speak. Not even second but third choice. Nothing wrong being the third really but it would be better if you keep it to yourself next time. Your arrogance is slowly but surely backfiring.

People are asking why you’re even considered to talk. The question of the majority is what will you say when you know nothing about the topic? Actually, you know nothing about anything period.

Fake Identity

Who is this sidekick of a supervisor who is in hot water now for being so arrogant and stupid? This supervisor has this sidekick for doing some chores / errands for this supervisor. This supervisor will give a couple of bucks for this dreaming sidekick.

Problem started when this sidekick started acting as if he/she is a member of the company where this supervisor is working. This sidekick is now acting as if he/she is the supervisor. This sidekick started representing the company of the supervisor – demanding favors, spreading rumors and threatening people with his/her new found artificial powers. A certified A-Hole really.

People was deceived into believing that this sidekick was indeed an employee of the said company where the supervisor is connected with.

The secret was finally revealed because of a stupid action made by this sidekick. The company clarified that this sidekick is in no way connected with the company and that this sidekick is not and should not be allowed to represent the company at anytime.

Now this supervisor is in hot water because the company is now asking why this supervisor need to have a sidekick. Tsk tsk… Stupidity to the highest level really.

To this sidekick, my advice is before you do anything, think hard who you really are. Put your feet on the ground. Know what your true status is. Do not act as if you own the company when in fact the people around the industry don’t even know who you are. You are an unknown species in the industry you’re trying to be part of.

Wake up from your dream because your worst nightmare is about to come. Not only will you lose your superficial powers, but you will soon lose everything you have.
