Who is staff who is now part of a company whom he/she bad mouthed before? It’s like this:
This staff is already a part of this company years back. When this staff is about to leave the company for a more lucrative job, this staff started bad mouthing the company – that it is a good for nothing company, that its services sucks and the only reason it was prestigious is because this staff is part of it. Arrogance to the highest level really.
So this staff went on to join this lucrative company, but for whatever reason this staff was sacked. With no where to go, this staff re-applied to his/her former company, and since the former company was not aware of what this good-for-nothing staff said and did, they hired this staff back.
To this staff, if the company you’re with now sucks, and you’re part of it now, what are you – a sucking arrogant stupid SOB? Where is that pride you never had? Did you swallow it for the sake of money?
To the company he/she is with, you better open your eyes and sharpen your sense of smell. If you smell something fishy or something stinks, chances are it is coming from this returning staff of yours. So BEWARE. He/She needs you more now than you need him/her.
Poor staff, your habit of resigning, returning, resigning and returning is all over the industry and is popular among your collegues, that is why your secret is a secret no more.
