Dumb and Dumber

Who is this I.T. Executive (ITE) who is doing everything just to keep his/her job? Heard that this ITE is already a candidate for expulsion due to poor performance. But to keep his/her job, this ITE is doing everything to be transferred to another department or be assigned a new position. Why? To have a clean slate and start from scratch which means he/she stays with the company.

It was also reported that one of his/her collegue was taken out of the company to accomodate the wishes of this ITE. In other words, this ITE is supported by his/her superior.

To this ITE – let me just say this, if you’re dumb, wherever you go, whatever position you will occupy, you will still be dumb. And I can say that you’re very lucky, because even if you’re dumb, you have a dumber superior.

You better concentrate on your job now rather than wasting your time being vain – or else, your secret will be a secret no more.

I Am What I Am

Who is this staff who thinks and feels like the boss of his/her company? This staff will dictate, control and put his/her weight around the company which causes the disruption of the company’s operation. Why is he/she allowed to this? Because the staff has been with the company for quite some time and everyone is tolerating his/her action out of respect. Even the real boss. WRONG decision.

Due to this action, most of the company’s staff are opting to leave and resign from the company. To this staff and to the real boss, why don’t you both just run your company alone and see if it will work. Trying to protect your position in the company is not helping anymore. Out of descency and out of your love for your company, the best decision is for you to go. Retire now and enjoy your life.

A lot of your collegues are already out of the company because of you, that is why your secret is a secret no more.

Love is Sweeter the Second Time Around

Who is this I.T. Executive (ITE) who abruptly left the local I.T. scene? The departure of this ITE was surrounded by controversies and a lot of questions was left unanswered. This ITE left so quietly and no explaination was given – both by this ITE and his/her company.

Heard that this ITE is now abroad perhaps to take a break or escape the pressure. But guess again, this ITE reportedly got married AGAIN. Congratulations! I am very happy for you. You may not be that successful in your career, but I sincerely hope that you will be successful in your married life AGAIN.

To this ITE, I can understand why you need to escape the pressure of work, but escaping a reception for your wedding is something I cannot comprehend. You better come back here and treat us for a sumptuous meal or your secret will be a secret no more. Just kidding. Congratulations again.
