Who is this I.T. Executive (ITE) who just had a new baby? Before anything else, let me first extend my sincerest congratulations to this ITE for becoming a new dad. Nothing beats the joy of carrying a little angel in your arms, so trusting and so relying.

I expect that this ITE will be a good dad to this new baby, promise that you will do everything to bring this child the way a child should be brought up – God fearing as much as possible. Be a good provider, not just materially but provide the time and love this baby richly deserve.

So you may wonder why we are mentioning this ITE becoming a new Dad? Simple, the mother of this new baby is the other woman, and not the legal wife. You devil you…

Full of Insecurities

Who is this I.T. Executive (ITE) who is full of insecurities? Rather than using his/her skills or talents to prove that he/she is the right person for the job, this ITE opted to use his/her position to protect his/her job.

Heard that this ITE is blocking the hiring of competent and deserving people because this ITE view them as threats to his/her position. What do you call that action? INSECURE and SELFISH.

The applicants are confused as to why they were not hired despite being qualified for the job that is why your secret is a secret no more.

The Bad… The Worst… and the UGLY…

Who is this I.T. Executive (ITE) who is as shrewed and a user as one can be? In any business, meeting the numbers is the essence of its existence, and this ITE knows this very much. Too much in the know that this ITE will do anything beyond one’s power to achieve it.

This ITE will put his/her weight and command his/her clients to buy his/her product (beyond the required volume) even if it’s beyond their capacity to sell. But because of this ITEs promises that his/her company will do everything to provide support, clients will heed to the command. This ITE never keeps the promise.

Worst, this ITE flaunts his/her supposed achievement to his/her immediate superior, collect his/her reward and even has the nerve to be mad at his/her clients because they have not bought a single product in the succeeding months. How can they buy again when they have not sold their original purchased products from your company – you MORON.

And just to illustrate how greedy this ITE is, including his/her company – this ITE appointed more distributors to carry their products – perhaps to milk them so that he/she can meet his/her numbers again. More distributors does not mean more sales – you MORON (again).

In one’s life, what is more important? Making it big in business despite losing respect and credibility or becoming a true and respectable human being? I can say that this ITEs existence in this business is about to go extinct. There’s no room for you here.

To this ITE, nothing is permanent is this world. Your existence in this business depends so much on your numbers, and your partners are your lifeblood. No partners = no numbers = no you. Your employer can fire you anytime, and I am sure it will be soon.

Your antics and business styte are all over that is why your secret is a secret no more.

Honey Honey… Come Over Here

Who is this executive who is reportedly having a relationship with another executive? Both executives are married. Both executives are seen together in most of the functions they’re attending. They’re decent enough to be discreet in front of the public. Problem is they extended their relationship to their work.

Heard that one executive always win and get the projects of the other executive. In every bidding, the supplier executive bags the project. In other words, not only are they having a relationship of the heart, but they have become the well-known dynamic duo in their jobs.

Just to let both of you know, that when you call for a bidding, there are other bidders joining your bids – and most of them are already complaining about the always one-sided results – that is why your secret is a secret no more.

What’s mine is mine… What’s yours is mine…

Who is this employee who was sacked by his employer for being so shrewed? This employee earned the full trust of his employer to the extent that the entire operation of the employer’s business was given to this employee. You can call him the little boss so to speak.

Unfortunately, this employee got the best of himself. He went into his own separate projects because of his employer’s connection. He landed several projects to the extent that his work for his employer sufferered. Deadlines and sales were not met.

Worst, this employee even uses the resources of his employer for his own project. The employer caught the employee empty handed and fired him at once. Too bad, this employee just don’t know the meaning of the word “CONTENTMENT” and “HONESTY” that is why his secret is a secret no more.
