It turns out this PRC is having problems with their own accounting procedure. Heard that their finance officer embezzled a lot of money. And further investigation revealed that this PRC company owes their client money rather than the other way around.
At the end of the day, whoever who owes who money, this PRC has no right to bad-mouth its client, that is why they are called PR – public relation and not poor relation. This PRC simply told a lot of people about their false predicament that is why their secret is a secret no more.
Who is this lady employee who took her being adventurous to another level? This lady employee is married. When she joined her current company, she fell in love with a co-employee who is also married. After a few months of their clandestine affair, this lady employee is now pregnant and her co-employee is suspected to be the dad (hope not). Who is this Marketing and Communications Manager (MarComm) who forgot how to become a marcomm manager? This marcomm manager invited a press member for lunch a week before the agreed date. Two days before the said meeting, both the marcomm manager and the reporter confirmed the meeting.
Meeting day came, the reporter arrived an hour earlier. A text message was received by the reporter sent by the marcomm manager indicating that the meeting is cancelled. One hour before the said meeting, the marcomm manager cancelled the meeting that was agreed a week ago.
What in the…. And this marcomm manager even have the nerve to ask the reporter for another meeting. That’s what we call arrogance, disrepectful and insensitivity. MarComm is all about good PR, PR which means public relation and not Poor Relationship. Who is this reporter who claims to be holier than thou but ended up guilty as charge? This reporter filed a complain against a marketing and communication (MarComm) manager who offered a prize for any reporter who can write the best story about his/her company – a contest of some sorts. This reporter claims that what the marcomm manager did was a case of bribery. To avoid further damage, the marcomm manager quit his/her job.
The succeeding events is simply mind-boggling. The reporter attended an event and accepted a gift-certificate giveaway then wrote the story. On a separate ocassion, this reporter accepted a company product gift and then wrote the story. My question here is: What is the difference between what the marcomm who offered a prize did, which you called bribery, as against the company that gave the gift certificate and the company product? Perhaps, the reporter is thinking that he/she may not win the prize that is why it is a bribe. Unlike the GC and the company product, it’s outright his/hers. Well it’s the same – you moron.
This is what I call “hypocricy” to the highest level. This reporter was seen flaunting his/her new company product and wearing new clothes that is why his/her secret is a secret no more.
Who is this I.C.T. company (ICTC) who was caught rigging its own raffle event? During a press conference, reporters were asked to fill-up raffle stubs for prizes will be given away for the event. A reporter filled up the stub but wrote a different name. Tha raffle came, and guess what – the company called the real name of the reporter who wrote a different name on the stub.
On a separate press conference, another ICTC again asked reporters to fill-up raffle stubs. A reporter decided not to fill-up the stub. Guess what, the reporter’s name was called announcing he/she won a prize.
To this two companies, what do you gain for rigging your own raffle events? Why don’t you just send a separate prize to your favorite reporters rather than being unfair during your own event? Why would the reporters believe the things you’re saying when you can’t even be honest with your raffle event? The reporters return the prizes that is why your secret is a secret no more.
Who is this I.C.T. Manager (ICTM) who is out to pursue the man of his dream? This ICTM has been in the industry for quite some time and this ICTMs performance has been questioned as well. This ICTM has the tendency to play favorites and being so two-faced.
Going back to the man of his dream, the man of his dream is very much committed and already has a family. By the way, this ICTM is also a male. This ICTM just can’t control his mouth in professing his love for the other guy, that is why his secret is a secret no more.
Who is this I.C.T. company who conducted a contest to entice more press member to attend their event? The contest was – the first number of media people to confirm will receive a gift from the company. The invitation was sent via email and the confirmation was done via email too. Problem is – the invite was sent to the editors first, then a few days later the same invite was sent to the reporters. It’s a no brainer that even before the invite was sent to the reporters – the editors already confirmed their attendance.
Event day came, true enough, most editors received the gift. The funny thing is this – one of the editors who confirmed didn’t attend – but the company still decided to award the gift because the editor confirmed. I think somebody should tell this company that to confirm is to attend, being absent makes the confirmation null and void. The editors luck on that event was so unbelievable that is why your secret is a secret no more.
Who is this I.T. company (ITC) who is losing all its employees and resellers? Employees are leaving the company because the owners is implementing a blood is thicker than water policy. The resellers are leaving because this ITC setup its own shops around the city and caters to consumers. In other words, the company is competing against its own customers / resellers. Greediness? I don’t know. But I think this company should ask itself – When is enough? You know how news travels that is why your secret is a secret no more.
Who is this ICT Manager (ICTM) who just can’t resist courting all his lady employees. This ICTM will grab every opportunity to invite the lady employees to go out with him, text them, and call them. Some of the lady employees perhaps pressured will heed to the invitation, and then resign afterwards. Why? I dont know. This ICTM was so pre-occupied with his gigolo ways that he forgot his primary role – to be a manager.
Very soon, he will have new employees – sadly they will all be males. You may want to court your male employees too – for a change. If you can get to make any of your male employees to fall for you, then you can say that you’re really attractive rather than using your position to force these ladies to fall for you – You $#@*!.
